"The work crew showed up on time and did a very good job trimming the tree. The men do know proper tree care. They were very careful not to damage my roof, gutters or the surrounding bushes and plants. The price was high but I hired Walter and Mika because Walter is a certified arborist and a professional in whom I had confidence. I would have given 5 stars but the clean up could have been a little better. The workers blew some small twigs under my bushes instead of racking them up. It was nothing too objectionable but for what I paid I expected a more thorough clean up without having to check on what they did. I would have asked the foreman to clean up more thoroughly but I did not notice the small twigs until after the crew left."

"The service they did was mediocre at best and they are not very careful. Had them cut trees down by my house and they decided to fell 1 of them right along the side of my house instead away from it and hit my roof and broke a window when I live in the forest and there was plenty of clear area to direct it towards. They also crushed my garden and fencing in this act. It has been 2+ months and they STILL have not fixed what they have broken and getting them to respond is next to impossible. So if they can't do any damage to ANYTHING on your property I would say maybe give them a chance but avoid them completely if there is a risk of anything being hit, no matter what the value because they won't fix what they break and will leave you for 2 months in the snow without a freaking window and your chimney crushed!!!!"

"Joel & his team are honest, brave , & hard working. They arrived on time everyday & cleaned up & left my home neat & well cared for every night. I have dozens of large live oaks & Monterey pines on my property some 60 feet tall. Joel helped me maintain a fire safe cleared area all around my home removing huge branches & limbs from trees that had to be climbed & cabled for safety. These are tree professionals. Actual experts not just tree trimmers. My property is a steep hillside. No problem. Most of my trees are 50 to 100 years old. Some I planted as a boy. I am 63. Everything was done safely & neatly with every tree cared for so each will thrive & live another 50 or 100 years. Joel even found a dove’s nest full of baby birds on a limb 40 feet up set to be cut & came down to ask me how to proceed. "Ramon and his crew from Nature Care Tree Specialist were very professional and courteous. They provided outstanding service to us. We are very delighted. I approached Ramon for an estimate when they were performing some tree work on a nearby street. He came within 10 mins to give an estimate, suggested various options for pruning about half a dozen trees big and small, before giving an estimate. He was very easy to communicate with and courteous. The estimate was reasonable. They came promptly for the appointment, which, due to a cancellation, was within 2 days. Ramon himself climbed and led charge, pruning and cutting, advising his crew as needed. He would check with us often during the pruning to ensure it’s to our satisfaction and we are happy. They did the work patiently and carefully and did not try to rush at all. His crew was the same. They cleared and cleaned the yard very well after the work. Thanks to Ramon and his crew, our trees now look fresh, beautiful and young! Ramon also came promptly the next day to clear two stumps. He carefully removed a couple of geranium plants nearby before the removal and replanted them back after. He was also careful with PG&E pipe/wires nearby. "A&Y Performed a tree removal for me. It was approximately an 80-foot tree very close to my house and backyard deck. I was a bit nervous as I had seen "TREE Fails" on YouTube. Their insurance was current and complete so that helped my nervousness:) The crew arrived on time and had the tree removed by noon. I was very impressed and highly recommend A&Y for tree removal. They left the worksite clean and split the rounds and stacked the wood for me (I wanted it for firewood). I felt the price was fair and the customer service was excellent. "Only issue was that PV Tree sent out a crew without actually scheduling the service. I had a dialog with them over getting a written quote which they ultimately provided. PV surprised us with a crew at 8:00 on Saturday morning. We had them proceed with some reservations. The crew did a good job and left the areas clean of debris."
