"Our house is on a garden tour next spring, and in preparing for that, I'd dug up a number of long, very ugly concrete blocks that lined fences, paths etc.  I'd thought about hauling the surplus blocks to the dump myself ( at 20 to 35 lbs each, they're way too heavy for the trash bin), but it would have taken several trips and my little car isn't built for that kind of work. I called several haulers, but Tito's was the only one who actually answered his phone. Adrian (Tito?) promised to come out the same afternoon and give a free estimate, since he was going to be in our area anyway. He arrived within the promised time frame, took a look at the blocks, quoted us a very reasonable price that included dump fees, and then said that since he had his 2 helpers with him, he could take the blocks right then and there. I was surprised but very pleased with that! <br /> It took him and his assistants a very short time (like maybe a half hour) to remove the blocks, which were stacked at various locations in the yard. The helpers didn't squash any of our plants and were careful to remove only the blocks I wanted gone. It's really good to have those heavy eyesores out of the yard (and not to have to dispose of them myself). <br /> Tito and his helpers are very courteous, friendly and professional. I'd definitely hire Tito's Hauling again and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to dispose of heavy stuff without ruining either their vehicle or their back! <br />"

"This was an absolutely wonderful offer.  They were in contact with me by email and text and phone EVERY step of the way. <br /> Within minutes of buying the deal, I was contacted by Spa Removers to explain everything they would do.  I was given a quote based upon my description of the spa and a photograph I sent them.  I was told all exceptions, including additional charges IF the spa had to be cut into more than 2 parts for removal and if I did not have sufficient parking area for their trailer. <br /> All arrangements were made via email.  <br /> The kept me informed every step of the way.  As I told them, I can deal with ANY and all changes as long as I am informed and they certainly did that.  They worked round my schedule and even came late in the day because it stays light later.  They called 1/2 hou before their arrival, as they told me they would.  <br /> They came, looked at the spa, told me what they were going to do.   They disconnected the spa from electricity and removed the motor and other connections.  They cut the spa in 2 parts, hauled it to their trailer.  They removed the electrical wires and conduit between the spa and the circuit box.  They even put a plug in the bottom of the circuit box where the wire used to go inside.  <br /> They then swept the porch area, After that they used a power jet hose to wash down the area and remove all dust created from the cutting of the spa as well as dirt and dust from where the spa was previously located.  <br /> They did not mar or harm any part of the railing or deck or lawn or plants or gates or anything.  <br /> They were courteous, gracious, efficient and friendly.  <br /> I highly recommend them and would use them again if I ever needed it!!!! <br />"
