Adam the owner and his crew was very professional, respectful, Nice to chat with and they paid close attention to all the details and our concerns. The wife was sooo pleased with how accommodating the guys were and how safe n clean they kept the areas around the perimeters. "Herb and Bob came to my home in a timely manner and went about their business for painting the kitchen cabinets and one small wall.  Also, while Herb did the interior Bob painted all the exterior trim.  They showed up on time, and did a wonderful job.  The neighbors complimented Bob as he was painting too.  Both were very professional and did not waste time or paint.  It all looks great.  Would recommend to anyone.

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

"Working with Martin and JR’s Painters was a wonderful experience, start to finish. Martin was on time for every appointment—from giving us an estimate to each day he and his crew came to work on the house. The price he gave us was quite fair, and the work completed was excellent. Martin was very clear from the start about what he would do—from caulking cracks and gaps (that had never been filled in all the years our 1958-built ranch has been around) to small stucco repairs to prep and painting. And he followed the plan exactly. JR’s is truly is a family business, too. Martin and his son were there every day—and some days his niece and sister-in-law helped out as well. The whole crew was incredibly neat, soft-spoken, cheerful and professional. Martin appears to be a great boss who is teaching the next generation of painters important skills. He was also helpful when we were stuck on our final choice of color, and the final walkthrough was a real pleasure—both to see all of the crew’s good work and because Martin happily fixed even the smallest imperfections that we pointed out. I have seldom felt better about a contractor. My spouse and I both highly recommend JR’s Painters—and I look forward to the next project we can hire them to do! TWO MORE TIPS: 1. "Joshua is really thorough and professional.  He stuck to his start time and gave approximate end times that he delivered.  His quote was accurate.   He sent pictures, kept receipts and delivered what he said he would do.
We had two changes that needed to happen that required some added labor and materials, but Joshua was cool about it.  He even came on a saturday to do a final walk through.  Which I thought was very cool.  
The pergola went up quickly and was what I drew.  
The changes inside the house he did very clean and neat.  He had to cut back an archway and then replace some tile.
I have no hesitation recommending him or using him in the future.
