"The job went extremely well. The communications from the owner, project manager, and crew foreman were exceptional. The costs were competitive, and the work was executed professionally and quickly. In the midst of the job a major wind/rain storm blew in and the crew prepared by adequately protecting the exposed roof. One minor leak resulted and HP Roofing went above and beyond to address it. Cleanup was daily and all demo was removed promptly at the end of the job. Thoroughly enjoyed having this work crew on site and doing a top-notch roof replacement. Highly recommend!"

"It went really well. Kevin and his crew carefully removed all of the slate shingles from the roof and kept them in neat bundles on the ground until they could take them away. The roof was not easy with four gable ends and steep pitches. They were very responsive - a strong wind loosened some of the underlayment the weekend before they began installing the standing seam and they came right over to reattach it. The project was on time and on budget and the roof looks good and keeps the wet stuff out. Kevin is straightforward, hardworking and reliable."

"My home has a 100+ year old slate roof in disrepair and several generations of cheap fixes. I contacted Leeland's for an opinion on repairs. The inspector was extremely thorough, provided pictures, and gave me his candid opinion on the remaining life of my roof based on the condition of my slates and flashings. He ultimately wrote up an estimate to paint the rusted metal valleys, replace several dozen broken slates, repair rotted wood, and install new copper chimney flashing and a cricket. It was a difficult decision to repair vs replace the roof, but I never felt any pressure from them one way or another. I agreed to the repairs originally, but ultimately changed my mind and just decided to replace the roof. I'm sure this was a hassle to go back and forth with me, but they were very patient, and ultimately returned my deposit. I really appreciate their honesty and customer service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance on their slate roof. <br />"

"A rep for the company came and gave the installation and sale details. They arrived a week after I contracted them. It was February so they could start right away. The roofers were excellent and answered all questions as they went along. They discovered major rot under one side of the home, took pictures to show the damage and then explained how they would repair the damage. The repair was excellent. They removed all debris without a single asphalt piece or nail surrounding the home. The roof looks great and I feel pleased that I will not have to think too much about replacing a roof again in my lifetime!"

"I had found broken shingles on the ground after the last wind storm. The technician found the damaged area showed me where the water damage had just begun in the attic and completed the repair. I had also showed him some water damage at the side of several of my windows. he exposed the window and found the window were installed with some of the original shipping packing not removed causing a fault in the install and allowing water to enter. Several of my neighbors reported the same condition, and diagnosis  Santana's went the extra mile and were very professional. "Overall it went pretty well.  They stared early and stayed late to make up time lost for rain.  They were very concientious about picking up every day.  John and his entire crew were very friendly and respectful.  <br /> <br /> At first I wasn't very pleased with the number of visible seams in the flashing on the roof facing the driveway.  The roof is very "wavy" due to the settling of our ancient house and apparently the seams were unavoidable.  Everything has settled more and it is fine.  What is most important is that John talked to us about it and wanted to do anything he could to make sure we were happy with the job. <br /> <br /> We would hire him again for work.  He seems to love what he does and he wants to make sure his customers are happy and it shows."
