"It went very well. The electricians did their work with lightening speed and accuracy. One laid down on the floor and changed an electrical outlet under the computer desk without having 2 move the desk. Things were done in a flash with unbelievable speed. They both kept as busy as bees. They were kind and considerate and communicated well with us during the time spent here. One went up into the attic and checked the wiring at my request. He found four places where wiring needed to be rectified, and he did it. They charged only 4 parts used and going up into attic using the $299 for an Electrician for a day for labor cost. "We had a massive leak in the shower of the guest bathroom. Since plumbing was one of the systems covered by our warranty with choice, I went on-line and filed a claim. I git an immediate response assigning me a claim number for reference and later that day received an appointment notice....GREAT customer service. The plumber arrived, at the time specified, and was immediately able to pin point the problem. (a defective shower cartridge) I have used Choice Home Warranty multiple times as my home ages and they pay for the replacement parts if needed. My "deductible" is a $45 fixed rate for the service call, no matter how long, or complicated the repair is. I absolutely am delighted with the customer service, fast response, low cost of a service visit, and NO surprises, or "fine print" excuses regarding coverage. They provide a list, in writing, of what is covered and what is not and do not deviate so I make sure my problem is on the list before filing a claim."

"They also installed a Water Cooled Natural Gas operated automatically triggered backup system. They also did minor projects I needed done. I have never seen better or more diligent workers. Near the end of the project I was concerned about what I was going to say when the final charge was announced because I was certain I would be told it would cost more than what Mr. Williams promised. He had plenty of reason to charge more such as inclement weather. Much to my surprise the final bill was less then he had promised. I would recommend Mr. Williams and his Assistant to anyone.
