"Glenn and his crew were very professional and on time. They painted my condo and did a phenomenal job. Would hire again for my next home!"

"They did an amazing job painting the exterior of my house. I highly recommend them. Thank you for your hard work and the house looks amazing, I can not tell you how happy we are."

"J. Corrigan did a complete job of up dating the exterior of my house (painting, roofing , chimney, etc. ) a few years ago. He did quality work which is standing the test of time. It continues to look great and makes me happy! I am now hiring him for other work, interior and exterior."

"You can stop vetting providers and reviews now; go ahead and hire Nieves and Rodriguez Properties! I was so impressed with the prompt and informative communication. They are rightfully proud of their work, which speaks to their commitment to quality. Their customer service is above and beyond. I hired them for power washing, removing and replacing shutters, and painting some exterior features of my house and I am so pleased with the results! I will certainly be using them again in the future!"

"The Corrigan team did an excellent job of painting the house. We have had the house painted twice before, but never saw such extensive prep work as happened this time. In addition, rotten wood was replaced and the shutters, some of which had broken and/or rotted, were refurbished. The house now looks like new. In addition, they repainted the floor of the screened porch and the rear stoop, which we did not expect. Our only caveat is that cleanup was not as anticipated. Joe said they would vacuum up the chips and dust, but the most they did was to blow some of the dust under a bush. Over all, I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants a thorough and expert job done on their house."

"Professionally and efficiently done. Eric, the President, followed through on everything we agreed to get done and did so in a timely manner. Thanks Eric! Jose is the key painter who went above and beyond his duty. He is polite, funny and professional."

"I first reached out to W Technique LLC to paint my kitchen cabinets, after seeing the results of their work at my friendâ s house. I decided to add onto this job, the painting of the walls and ceilings in my living room and the first and second floor of the hallway and entryway. Owner, Brendan, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Not only was the price reasonable, the work was over the top! I was so satisfied with the results of W Techniqueâ s work, that I could honestly say Iâ d have them back for future projects, because I haveâ ¦three more times! In total, so far, they have done the painting of my cabinets, ceilings, walls, and trim. They have done popcorn ceiling removal and ceiling repair, as well as a bathroom remodel. They work cleanly and quickly without sacrificing quality. I have been happy with the results every time and I highly recommend W Technique LLC!"

"We hired Cornelio to paint our house and deck. We had a good amount of wood rot on window sills and Cornelio did a great job fixing them before painting. I would highly recommend Cornelio and I plan to use him again for any painting needs."
