The employee operating the machine was not paying attention or he would have stopped immediately, it's that bad. They said to get estimates and they would fix the problem and would do whatever it took to satisfy us. When they received the quote, they then told me that they were not going to fix the problem but would return our money for the driveway cleaning. They do not stand behind their work or 100% satisfaction guarantee"
