He brought a full team (8 guys the first day and 4 the second day) to install landscape drains around my home as well as connect all of the gutter downspouts into a central line. "We hired Cipriano to removed about 2,000sf of gravel and plants at our new house and put in a new irrigation system with new grass. His pricing was lower than the other bids we received and he was able to get started as soon as we gave him the go ahead. Working with him was truly a pleasure. His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. Other company estimate quotes were either vague, didn’t itemize, or way over priced.
