"The service was fine but the offer didnt quite align to the size of the area to be completed. They sent me an adjusted estimate which was hundreds higher but when I said no they came anyway and would have completed the whole yard if I wasnt there to stop them. They never responded to my followup emails. Haven't seen any new grass so we shall see come next year."

"Owner and staff very responsive and punctual, owner seen driving by occassionally to check on lawn. Great newsletters let you know exactly what the conditions are at least 4 times during growing season. They are serious about putting the right composition down for the conditions and at the right time. Also no problem getting follow up spot spays on difficult weeds when needed. However my lawn did not improve as well as I expected over the contract period...and that may be due to factors other than their care like soil condition, type of grass or shade/sun to begin with. (I do have an irrigation system.) I just don't know, and that is the only reason why I rated a B overall, even though the service was tops in every respect, and I believe they used a quality product. I will try it on my own next season because I have the time now, but having tried other companies, this one is clearly conscientious, consistent and a cut above most, and if I fail next season, I would probably return to them."

"It was a little difficult to get the initial date going because they are in such high demand, but fortunately I got a quick schedule and they are very good. They are very professional and bring a crew for a thorough job even though our yard isn't that large. They provide a regular scheduled service that is very reliable, even bi-weekly. Their website does not have a working payment feature yet, but they will provide regular credit card payment acceptance, if you contact them by phone. *NOTE: If you are Asian and/or have an unusual herb or vegetable garden remember to mark off the area otherwise your produce will get a hair cut."

"Bob was (is) very professional. While he was not awarded the contract because of price, I would definitely consider the Lawn Arranger again and recommend his firm to friends. <br />"

"We?ve used him for 18 years. He doesn't charge by the lawn; he has a program that includes lawn cutting, fertilization and other lawn care services. It is a flat fee that covers the entire season. Gary the owner is obsessed with detail. He gets all the small details right. We are pleased with the price and the service."

"I use their services every year. I still get weeds, but they do come out in between treatments to do a treatment. My overall experience with them has been good. I'll continue to use their services in the future."

"They are really fantastic. I tried TruGreen and then decided to see if I can get something a little cheaper by going to a local lawn service guy, but I went right back to TruGreen. They seem to really understand the whole system whereas the local landscaper sent a kid over who did as bad of a job as I could do. Now I let these guys handle it because they understand what it's like to grow grass and it shows. It definitely makes a difference. I also won't have to deal with handling the lawn fertilizers any more. There's a couple of things that they do that I find to be really cool. When they finish the service they leave a note on the door telling you exactly what they did. They check the lawn out and let you know if you need to water more or cut more often or cut it higher. They actually kind of walk you through the whole process. If they see you scalping the lawn or something that's not right they will let you know by telling you if you want it to look better it's up to you to do whatever they might recommend. I've used them for several years and this year they added a recorded message that calls you two days ahead of time. It let's you know that they are coming and to put the pets away if you have any. The phone call is good because you may have to mow the lawn and you may need to do it before they get here otherwise it would be too high. The fact that they call ahead I think is great. Being able to get a heads-up I think is a good thing. I do think that their prices are a little high and may eventually want to spend less. Their sales people are a little pushy. You never know exactly what time of the day they are going to show. You do know what day it is as opposed to beforehand when you didn't know, so the fact that they alert you when they're coming is a good thing."

"GDL Concrete LLC was very prompt when responding to any inquiry either through email or phone messages. Very professional when onsite, crew worked hard to accomplish project in the time frames as outlined by the project manger. Tony was fantastic to work with, I had asked for some last minute changes to expand the project which he was able to accommodate with no problems. <br />"
