"My husband and I wanted to have our old chain linked fence replaced with a 6ft. Vinyl privacy fence. I always believe you should do some research to find the best possible company for the job . After getting estimates from multiple contractors, we chose AG Construction. We're so happy that we did ! We met with Alex and discussed in detail everything that needed to be done. ( removing & disposing of the old chain link fence, old wooden posts, overgrown shrubs, and left over cinder & patio blocks ) The crew began working in the morning and we're done with the installation ( 260 ft. of vinyl fencing ) & cleanup by late afternoon. They took care of everything ! They were professional and worked very efficiently. We are extremely satisfied with the work they did. I give AG Construction a "10" for the quality of work and the price. Don't hesitate to call AG Construction for your next project"

"Gil and his crew at Goias are amazing to work with. Each crew is so hard working and perform quality work, paying attention to detail. Gil is so honest and fair with his suggestions and pricing. He does not try to add things on to bump up the price and he even made suggestions and offered insight on some modifications he would suggest to be better for us. We used Goias last year for tile and concrete removal and a new floor install in the kitchen, living and dining rooms and the workmanship was so incredible, that they were the first call we made this year when we had a few new projects that needed to be done. Jose and his crew started with the painting. They spackled, sanded, primed and painted stairways, hallways, all bedroom doors, the kitchen, living and dining rooms & one bathroom including the ceilings and trim. They did an exceptional job and everything looks perfect. It is the best the walls have ever looked! Next came Thiago. He removed the old railings and installed new beautiful handrails and railing on the front porch. He took his time, meticulously installing everything perfectly. What a face-lift this was for the porch and it looks like a different porch! Incredible! Then Jose came with his landscaping crew. They removed concrete, retaining walls and a couple of tons of stone along with old flower beds and tree/bush stumps. They installed two new retaining walls, new flower beds, a new mailbox post and pavers all along the front of the house and walkway. When they were seeding the lawn they even went above and beyond filling in other areas of my lawn and seeding those areas as well even though they weren't at the spot the work was done. I let Jose pick the plants and he did an incredible job selecting beautiful, low maintenance ones at my request. Every single crew cleaned up when they left each day and left my home in immaculate condition. They were also very careful with opening the doors and the gates making certain to keep my dogs safely in the house or yard. I have referred Goias to everyone that needs a solid contractor as I know they produce quality work, are fair in pricing and are very responsive. It is so stressful to put your trust in a company, but I promise, Gil will live up to and then exceed your expectations. Thank you Gil for taking pride in your company! I look forward to working with you again!"

"Wonderful. Last year we had Edward Griffin Masonry, LLC complete a colossal overhaul of our home’s exterior. We live in a twin in Ardmore, and the home’s stucco had been significantly compromised. It was determined by multiple stucco remediation inspectors that we needed to have the entire stucco exterior replaced. After conducting extensive research online, reviewing news articles, interviewing professionals in the building and legal professions, and getting quotes from four of the most respected stucco remediation firms in the Philadelphia metro area, we decided to hire Ed Griffin. We had Ed remove the stucco and replace it with Certainteed vinyl siding. In addition to the stucco, much of the wood sheathing needed replacement, along with doors, windows and surrounding woodwork. He improved the look of our masonry porch columns, exterior wall, and rear foundation; and he hung new gutters and downspouts, removed light fixtures and added new ones. We also hired a third-party oversight professional to ensure the job was done correctly. Ed’s crew was professional, well-organized, hard-working, and highly-skilled. They secured the work area at the end of every day so our home was well-protected from the elements. Griffin Masonry and Ed himself were a pleasure to work with. Ed’s highly-competent and well-respected, gave great advice, is a good listener, and ably responded to our preferences and custom requests. We highly recommend Griffin Masonry for any stucco remediation project."

"They had a landscaping architect that came out and he worked with me as far as price, such as what would run me less if I did it this way, and they did a really great job.  They gave me like a 4-year warranty on the patio itself, from sinking.  They're very professional and so they did an extremely good job.  They're really good.  They're very clean, and not a problem at all.  Everything was good."

"Can not say enough good things about this company-  <br /> We needed two trees removed- they made arrangements for the removal and the tree removal went well- these were two very old mature trees over the house which is a painstaking process- and they did a very good job <br /> Patio work- everything was set to go- and they discovered a sill plate problem- <br /> could not start the job- and needed a new plan - with the sill plate below ground even if it was repaired -still need a new plan They were already going to rergrade the patio area- but with the unexpected sill plate issue- they had to delay their job and develop a plan to redirect water away from the sill plate once the repair was complete- and they did it <br /> Great to work with- they could have laid the patio and ignored the sill plate issue- not their job- but they did identify it and it cost them time- and money_ they had a crew at our house  to do the patio and had to call them off- until we could resolve the sill plate issue  <br /> Also did our Fall cleanup -did a great job <br /> Would highly recommend them  <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for patios, walks & steps installation projects in Cape May, NJ

To calculate your paver needs:

  • Determine how many pavers cover a square foot.

  • Determine how many square feet you need.

  • Add an additional 10% to 20% for breakage and waste.

  • Consider your pavers’ sizes.

Or, you can hire a local pro who you know will get the right measurements the first time. This way, you get your weekend back instead of spending it measuring square footage.

A pallet of pavers costs $300 to $700 on average, and each pallet covers 56 square feet. The exact price depends on the type, size, and quantity of pavers you choose. Buying in bulk can sometimes offer additional savings, especially for larger projects. Ask your pro how you can save on material costs.

To get the best prices on pavers:

  • Hire a professional landscaper: Pros often receive discounts on materials, which can make hiring them more cost-effective overall.

  • Shop at local building supply stores: Check for overstock or bulk purchase deals. Bulk purchasing can be more costly up front but save you money in the long run.

  • Buy directly from manufacturers: Purchasing from a local brickyard or paver factory can offer competitive prices, especially for large quantities.

The main difference between driveway pavers and patio pavers is their load-bearing capacity. Driveway pavers are designed to withstand the weight of vehicles, whereas patio pavers aren’t suitable for such heavy loads. You can use driveway pavers for a patio, but using patio pavers for a driveway could lead to damage. Always check the weight limits of pavers and consult with a professional installer to choose the right type for your project.

Paver patios cost more than concrete patios because the materials and installation methods require advanced techniques and skilled labor. They deliver enhanced aesthetic appeal and allow for easier small‑scale repairs without affecting property taxes. The higher expense arises from premium paver materials and intricate installation processes that deliver long‑lasting durability and design flexibility. This robust solution provides notable benefits over concrete alternatives, making it a valuable investment for homeowners.
