"I don't think he did a great job on trimming and stuff though. I was going to have them for the whole yard. It was supposed to be yard work and tree trimming or lawn maintenance but then I don't know what happened but then again he stopped by and since we didn't get any one to do the work, we had him do the trimming. I wouldn't have it done by him again. I thought the pricing was kind of expensive for what he did. They just stopped by, I guess it was a Saturday and they were looking for something to do so I decided for them to go ahead and do it and being that he had all these people in there for landscaping I thought hey did a great job but we weren't happy with the trimming at all. They were very nice, it's just that I don't think they have the people to be able to do the good job. We've had trimming before and the people did a fabulous job."

"They were great, came out quickly and went over all of my needs, and provided an estimate for all of it even though they knew I would not be able to afford to get it all done at this time, they said they would work with me and get each project done when I can. My first was creating new beds and mulching them, they got it all done really quickly and the beds looked great. We had a hard rain the night it was done and the next day I saw the dye came off the black mulch. I wasn't even sure if I would mention it, but I did and they didn't hesitate to make it right, it was the first time they used the supplier, they actually removed the faded mulch and replaced it all within a week. "We finally decided to fix the bathroom. We contacted Go Modern, that we used previously at my grandmother's home. A man named Tom came to the house, who we used before. Not shortly after our meeting he began the remodel.  Out with the ugly pink tile everywhere. It took almost a week and a half to complete the remodel. We have a new shower with a glass door, new tiles line the walls and floor, shower head directly over shower not out of the wall, new tub, vanity and finally more light in the bathroom. Couldn't be happier; it's like a expensive hotel bathroom in my own home. Tom was on time, did everything he could to keep the dust during the gutting period confined to the bathroom. He did high quality work. I have no complaints. I hope you all get to experience this instead of what I'm told can be a very frustrating time with poor quality contractors."

"Dave figured out the best solution.  He and his worker dug the trenches and covered the pipes with the patches of grass after they installed the pipes, pump, & pop-up drain.  It was a very professional job and works great so far.  I have not seen the yard flooded since he did this work.  He kept in touch with me by phone and email since I was not there the whole time as it is my summer home. 
This is the third time I had Dave back to do work.  I had major damage from Hurricane Sandy and on 4/13/13 he also did work for me.  He worked in my crawl space.  He replaced insulation, cleaned joists with an antimicrobial agent and then painted them with antimold resistant paint, replaced a vapor barrier, installed a sump pump, repaired foundation vents, and filled cracks in my foundation.  All for a resonable price!  Dave is honest, fair and very professional.  He always returns my calls in a timely manner.  I will call on him again for future work.
