After placing traps, tracking powder, and a motion sensing camera in the attic, we determined the critters were on the roof under our HVAC, and not in the attic. Clark did a very thorough job of inspecting the roof for potential entry points, as a preventative measure. We are very pleased with the service we receive from Clark."

"We had them before and we stopped using them because everything was alright, but we got them again.  They give good service.   To join them I paid $200, a year ago.  The contract is for a year.  The ants were bad, and they were here for about 2 and half hours just for that.  We had ants and everything, but it also took care of the next month.  It is $95 every other month.  One thing that we told them is if we are not at home, we should have side dates, so that before they come home we can be home, and they can do the work.  They often give us a call and ask if they can come over.  We are here when they come and give him the key to open, he does his job, comes back and gives us the key and that works so good.  They are expensive.  Prices are going up, but $95 each time they come is expensive. The quality is good.  I just called some places to compare the prices and they were cheaper."

Ignacio was there to make sure all went well. Workers were polite and efficient. Cleaned up afterwards. We had one small area that needed follow up and Ignacio was very responsive and had someone over the next morning to fix it. Our project was small, and most places weren't interested or wanted ridiculous fees. Unique Concrete explained there wasn't much money to be made here but they were doing this as a courtesy to build good relations for future work or referrals. We will definitely work with them again. Ignacio was great."
