We had to wait to seal it due to multiple days of rain, but he kept me informed throughout the week. The patio is even more beautiful than I had imagined. It is perfectly level and smooth, and the concrete finish is flawless. I went with the stamped look with a dark grey mixed in. "The quality of work was acceptable in that the pavers look good. But there was no particular emphasis on quality control. Several weeks later we are still trying to get our pool to recover from all of the dirt, sand and grunge sprayed into the pool. While the Paver Protetor's agreement specifically rejects liability for damage to landscape, there was virtually no effort to mitigate or limit the damage to landscaping outside of the lanai screen. As a result we have lost considerable landscaping. Finally, the caustic material was cleaned in our yard causing loss of considerable grass that had to be replaced. Paver Protectors needs to let potential customers know exactly what precautions it will take to mitigate damage and what steps the owner may take to mitigate damage. It is truly a question of full disclosure."

"Resurrection / Pearl Pools was awful to deal with. They missed every timeline, they revised the quote upward mid-project after neglecting to include a shower area in the quote. Worst of all, even after MONTHS of missed deadlines, they called to say they were done and demanded final payment. When I said it wasn't and pointed out multiple issues remaining, they said they've done all they can and *full quote from an email from Brian, "I believe Resurrection Pools has lived up to our standards of service and quality." I was left with a deck that I needed to sand a large portion of on my own, plaster that is uneven with blemishes along the steps leading into the pool, tilework that's uneven, there was cement in the spillway so the flap couldn't be re-installed and multiple other issues I've had to deal with. That's their standard of quality and service. I reached out to my original salesman, Dave and he said he would look into it and get back to me. That was over 5 weeks ago."

"Hydrotech pools refinished our pool white pool to a light blue. Their site describes a first rate process and guarantees excellent results. We noticed immediately that the pool had very poor coverage as the old finish showed through in multiple areas. Photos were sent to Damian and he promised to come out and refinish appropriately. The attached photos show the very poor quality result. After stringing us along for more than a year, I have finally decided to post a review describing the poor quality job and the utter lack of customer service. We have been attempting to communicate with Damian regularly for more than a year and he has had ample opportunity to make the job right. The company claims to be a reputable company, however the treatment we have had from Damian at Hydrotech pools is very unprofessional and shameful."
