"Emanuel and his crew built a retainer wall to stop my yard from sliding into my neighbor's. He took my design and worked with me to create a dramatic and detailed wall in my front yard. Built with rebar, concrete, and glue this wall is not going anywhere. Most impressed by how he was open to design changes and trying to get the wall best it could be, and also able to remember those changes from day to day. It was a pleasure to work with him."

"Originally we hired MasterAZscapes to prepare a comprehensive landscape plan for our 35 year old home two years ago to completely remodel an old landscape. We were very pleased with the plan. MasterAZscapes is known for its tree planting services. It successfully did a complex large tree planting for our back yard two years ago, and the trees are healthy sailing through a damaging frost this winter. After putting the installation of the front and courtyard demolition out for bid, for this current project, we hired MasterAZscapes to demo the front yard, install the trees and plants, set up the drip system, install the wiring for future landscape lights, new rock, and install the artificial grass. We are thrilled with the completion of the front and courtyard areas which they completed on budget and less time than they originally predicted. The staff was superb and patient even after we changed our mind on placement of an important plant that was just not quite where we wanted it. With good humor, the staff re dug the planting hole moving it until we all were much happier with the result. The staff and ownership, across the board is talented, loves their job, and will work until the customer is happy. We are slowly implementing the original master plan and will look toward to MasterAZscapes in the future as we implement each project."

"This was our second job with Outdoor Xcapes. 1st one in 2011 with Bret as our Salesman. Went fairly smoother with only a few glitches. This job consisted of a seat wall with small patio, step pads and artificial turf with Steve as our Salesman. Steve was very nice and eager to please during the bidding process. Very responsive to phone calls during the job. However, as the job progressed It was apparent that while it was important to Steve that the job was done correctly there was no give or take on money. At a Home Show an Outdoor Xscapes representative (not Steve) told us that repeat customers would get a discount. Steve would not honor that discount until it was to his advantage. There was a hole in their work schedule and they needed a job to fill it. At that point a discount was offered. The tree we wanted was 20% off, Steve would not give or share the shavings. Didn’t seem like there was any interest in building any relationship for return business or referrals. Crew did a great job including clean-up. Jesse, the foreman, was pleasant to work with. However, he was the only one who spoke English and stayed on the job for only a short time. Any communication had to be done by phone to Steve who would contact Jesse. It was a little cumbersome to communicate. We are very happy with the concrete seat wall and step pads. There were a few hiccups during the process, nothing major. The turf was not acceptable. It had discoloration, lines about every 10” and two visible seams. Megan was our contact for warranty issues. She was very responsive and easy to work with. I had to work directly with the representative for the turf which was Synthetic Grass. It took six weeks but the grass was replaced and installed by Outdoor Xscapes at no cost to us. Adam was in charge of the installation and worked with us to make it right. In hind sight my husband and I were too complacent in going with the same landscaping company. We assumed they would treat us right because we were a return customer. Because of this we didn’t get any other bids and when it became obvious that there was no loyalty to a return customer felt it was too late in the process to start over. It was a mistake. Outdoor Xcapes as a whole, is a good company and gets the job done quickly. Be sure to negotiate payment terms and dollars up front."

"First impressions is key for us and we knew right off the bat David would be someone great to work with. We had our existing pool reimagined (which was a feat in itself because come to find out there was 2 layers of concrete to drill through) and we had our patio redone to combat drainage issues. We had pavers installed, a French drain installed, rebuilt a pony wall and replaced two wood pillars and replaced with brick. David communicated with us every step of the way on the daily. He also had great design ideas. Heâ s very easy to work with. We had a couple of changes that he took in stride. :). I have to address his team as well. His team is amazing. They showed up every day on time and worked very hard to get the project done ahead of schedule. They were very professional and polite. . David and the team went above and beyond on our project and we couldnâ t be happier. So much so we added more to our project. I feel David and his team are like family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hacienda Pool and Outdoors for all your pool and Landscaping needs . We will definitely be calling them to pave my driveway.ð"
