We had pavers installed from the driveway to behind the gate with a pad for the trash cans, extended the patio, and had a 14’x14’ pad for our fire-pit. "Contacted Masterscapes to repair existing water feature we had installed in our backyard by a landscape contractor when we moved into our home. Both the waterfall and the pond itself continually leaked and the contractor was unable to make repairs. Masterscapes came out and gave me an estimate to either repair or replace. The estimate was detailed with a number of options which made clear they were trying to help us find the right balance between the aesthetics of our home and the size of our wallet. They did explain if I chose repair, they couldn't extend a warranty because they wouldn't be accessing all the previous contractor's plumbing which was perfectly understandable. Ultimately, we chose to start over and have Masterscapes redo the entire water feature. We are so glad we did! It was amazing to watch the worker's attention to every little detail. They did a meticulous job creating a beautiful and natural looking boulder stack for the waterfall, and replaced the old cement pond with a properly constructed one guaranteed not to leak. The final result is spectacular and exceeded our expectations. Masterscapes called each of the three days of the project to let us know they were on schedule and when the workers would arrive. The crew was extremely polite and respectful of our property and neighbors. Everywhere material would be on the ground they laid tarps first, and swept and blew off the area afterward. They gave us opportunity for input as the project went along, asking our preferences (such as whether to use river rock in the pond or not). I rated price as a "B" only because it was expensive (and stung a little bit to be paying for something twice, which wasn't Masterscape's fault). The cost also includes a warranty from a reputable local business and that has value. We are very confident we got the quality installation we paid for and couldn't be happier with Masterscapes. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again."

"My husband and I just bought a house. We called Outdoor Xscapes and they were able to come out the following day. A gentleman named Joel came out. We told Joel our general ideas of what we were wanting. He came back 3 weeks later and give us way more than we expected. Their design went above and beyond anything else I had received from any other companies. We did major overhaul on our pool that started with an antiquated chlorine system that was installed in the 70's. We converted to a salt water-state and redid everything except the shape and the basic structure. Our pool was completely transformed from something I really didn't like to something that I absolutely loved. Joel really knew his stuff and how to make everything look beautiful. Joel was in contact with me daily regarding the progress. He wanted to make sure that we were completely happy with the pool and landscape all song the way and he appreciated our business. It's nice to work with people who recognize that you have a choice with regards to whom you do business and work hard to retain your future business. All of the guys working on the crews from removing coping and plaster to pebbleteching the bottom were professional, courteous, and respectful. The guys all took a lot of pride in their work. There were a couple unforeseen items that came up early on in the project. Joel was able to address them quickly and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix them. He was very fair with his pricing for the additional work. He was able to explain what had happened and what needed to be done in order to ensure that our pool would last for the next 20-30 years. Our yard and pool is absolutely gorgeous and we've been outside enjoying it ever since it was finished. We're looking forward to many more lazy days. It's awesome to have such a beautiful place in my own backyard."
