"Would NOT recommend. I never agreed to pricing and asked them to provide me with an ESTIMATE and while they were there to blow the leaves away. They proceeded to try and charge me $250 for the "leaves to be blown of the property". I would gladly pay a normal price for maintenance like $50-75 for the thirty - sixty minutes they were there blowing the leaves but talk about absolutely horrible customer service and price gouging. Now they said they are going to put a lien on my home if I do not pay. LOOK ELSEWHERE. You can find honest landscapers everywhere in Arizona. I will never be giving my business to Miguel and his team ever again."

When I had the pool 2022 installed it took our past pool company 15 months to complete, this year they went bankrupt, and we no longer have a warrantee. Aeration is the best way to keep your lawn healthy and vibrant. Annual aeration makes your lawn more breathable and helps nutrients reach the roots, improving water absorption and reducing puddles where pests might breed. However, timing matters. Even if your lawn looks healthy, aeration can still be beneficial. If you have good growth, proper drainage, and little thatch, you might not need to aerate right away.
