"Contacted in July of this year, Chris Cooper of Landscape Associates came and talked with me about what I was wanting done to my front yard. He did say that his crews were very busy at that time and it would be several weeks before they could begin my project. Work began in mid September and was finished mid October. Once work began, daily progress was evident. Workers were friendly and courteous, and I received frequent updates from Chris as work progressed. Chris's design for my front yard is low maintenance, yet beautiful. I look forward to enjoying his design for years to come, and if I need more landscaping done, Landscape Associates will be my "go to" company."

"This a family business. They were super friendly from owner to workers. They arrived to take down the remaining fence that did not fall. They showed up on time (early) and when they said they would. They cleaned up all the mess of wood and cement. They started the fence with putting in the poles with cement and then came back the next day. They started putting up the fence and sent a picture to me to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it to be. Upon approval they had a very large fence put in in a day.  <br /> Their workers were friendly and very professional. <br />"

"Tech was Bobby Rainwater. He showed up on time and was professional. Marantech isn't a system they work with, so he did everything in his power to diagnosis the problem, including making calls to Marentech and the original company that installed them in the houses of the subdivision I live in. It turned out an electrical part of the unit needed to be replaced, so he told me where to order it the cheapest price and how easy it will be to install when it arrives. He went ahead and inspected the rest of the garage anyways. He also gave me his personal line and told me to shoot him a call if I had any issues, and would even stop back by again on his own time if need be. Service was above and beyond, even though he wasn't able to complete the job, so I was happy to pay the service charge. Would definitely recommend this company."

"I had planned on replacing the small wood deck and steps outside of my back door with wood until I met Ron from Solid as a Rock Landscaping.  He was doing work for a neighbor and I asked him for an estimate.  I accepted the price and to my surprise Ron and his crew started work later that day. It took them three days to complete and it looks great.  My wife and I are very happy with the job, cleanup and the people.  Thanks Ron, Mike, Mack and Malachi. <br />"

"All of the work has been wonderful. They pulled up the metal edging and placed a rock border, it was a very nice touch. All of the trimming has made a tremendous difference. The trees are beautiful and hopefully will continue to grow large with the advice of Healthy Lawns. The lawn treatment is by far the best in town. <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for patios, walks & steps installation projects in Carlisle, AR

To calculate your paver needs:

  • Determine how many pavers cover a square foot.

  • Determine how many square feet you need.

  • Add an additional 10% to 20% for breakage and waste.

  • Consider your pavers’ sizes.

Or, you can hire a local pro who you know will get the right measurements the first time. This way, you get your weekend back instead of spending it measuring square footage.

A pallet of pavers costs $300 to $700 on average, and each pallet covers 56 square feet. The exact price depends on the type, size, and quantity of pavers you choose. Buying in bulk can sometimes offer additional savings, especially for larger projects. Ask your pro how you can save on material costs.

To get the best prices on pavers:

  • Hire a professional landscaper: Pros often receive discounts on materials, which can make hiring them more cost-effective overall.

  • Shop at local building supply stores: Check for overstock or bulk purchase deals. Bulk purchasing can be more costly up front but save you money in the long run.

  • Buy directly from manufacturers: Purchasing from a local brickyard or paver factory can offer competitive prices, especially for large quantities.

The main difference between driveway pavers and patio pavers is their load-bearing capacity. Driveway pavers are designed to withstand the weight of vehicles, whereas patio pavers aren’t suitable for such heavy loads. You can use driveway pavers for a patio, but using patio pavers for a driveway could lead to damage. Always check the weight limits of pavers and consult with a professional installer to choose the right type for your project.

Paver patios cost more than concrete patios because the materials and installation methods require advanced techniques and skilled labor. They deliver enhanced aesthetic appeal and allow for easier small‑scale repairs without affecting property taxes. The higher expense arises from premium paver materials and intricate installation processes that deliver long‑lasting durability and design flexibility. This robust solution provides notable benefits over concrete alternatives, making it a valuable investment for homeowners.
