"I had leaky roof. Of 3 contractors who came to take a look, only Ramon from NMTI pointed out an uneven surface that seemed to be good place to look for an issue. I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. The team was all very pleasant. They scheduled the job quickly, once we agreed on details and I would work with them again. Thanks, guys!"

"Excellent! Great service and they showed up on time to start the job, finished a few hours later, and picked up the old shingles and debris that fell off the roof onto our yard. They even refused payment for the work after completing the job, and told me that the office would email me an invoice. The office did send me a bill and I mailed a check to them the following day."

"I strongly recommend them for roof work. The entire process was smooth, professional, efficient, friendly, responsive, and dependable. Thank you, Ron, and your incredible work crew. The roof is stunning."

"I was so glad our condo association hired joe and his company. Firstly, they carefully looked over the work, gave a good estimate. They answered questions I didn't know I had and explained the entire roofing process. They showed up when they said they would and he came with a large crew and got the work done in one day and it was hot! They did a wonderful job and did more than they had contracted for. A few weeks later we had a small leak. They responded immediately and took care of the problem. I am a trustee for a small (eight unit) condominium association. I would certainly recommend Hennelly and Son Roofing. Sincerely, Kathryn Collins Hyde Park, MA"

"I found Dylan and The Roofing Company to be very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They removed the moss and lichen and now my roof looks brand new!! My insurance company was threatening to drop me if I didn’t get the work done fast. I’m very grateful to Dylan for prioritizing my roof and getting the job done quickly! I’m so grateful for your support! Thank you!! Greta"

"The replacement went well. There was a problem with some roof cap's finish, but certainties covered it on warranty. Roofer's Edge did the work."

"FRS Roofing won the bid to fix the main slate roof and the 4 rubber porch roofs on my home. Chris from FRS provided the winning estimate after taking a meticulous inspection of the roofs which included identifying the number of slates needed to restore the main roof. He also explained why the rubber roofs installed by a local contractor 20 years ago had prematurely failed. The FRS work crews assigned to our project were all skilled and knowledgeable of their craft. Every crew member possessed a good demeanor and showed respect for our property. Once started, the job was completed without delay as can sometimes occur when a crew is pulled to work on another project. An unforeseen delay did occur when the chimney was being re-flashed. During the bidding process, all visible sides of the chimney appeared to be in fair shape. Once the crew could see the far side of the chimney, they discovered it was completely devoid of mortar. I was shown a photo of this miracle house of cards and immediately authorized a complete rebuild of the chimney which FRS performed at a reasonable additional cost. There were no surprises with the rubber roofs. The original fiber board underlayment which was disintegrating from water damage was replaced with a new material that is impervious to water. Also, the proper rubber was used on the edge strip to prevent it from peeling off as had happened on the old rubber roof. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the job and would not hesitate to use FRS roofing again for any property new or old!"

"the work was great, he went in their and cleaned up everything, and put in a piece of pad to cover it to keep the birds out; he also checked every part of the roof for any possible entries as well."

"I couldn't be happier with the full roof replacement Caesar and his crew completed. They went completely above and beyond, even re-shingling my backyard shed to ensure the entire property looked cohesive and flawless—a massive surprise that I didn't expect! Caesar himself was phenomenal to work with and answered every question transparently. He even personally delivered physical material samples to my house before I chose his company. The crew knocked out the entire project in a single day, and the cleanup was absolutely spotless. I highly recommend Caesar’s Roofing!"
