"Mark Pawling and his crew recently installed stone veneer on our home and did an exceptional job! My husband and I witnessed Mark's hard-working team for two weeks and saw firsthand how skilled they are at their trade and conscientious, too. We also appreciated how accommodating they were when we had suggestions throughout the project. Great job guys!!! We couldn't be happier with the results. Many thanks."

"It was suggested, by a realtor friend, to have an engineer evaluate my basement problem. This was after Mr. Shelly had submitted an estimate. The engineer's report stated that a wall inside a wall was the best and most economical solution for my basement.   Mr. Shelly called to follow- up on his estimate soon after.  There was no hesitation in hiring him for the job. This was the solution he had already decided was the best solution for my basement. The other contractor's estimates were suggesting a smaller and less expensive correction. This was a very difficult and labor intensive job.  And, we were hit with the coldest winter in recent years.  Nevertheless, the work was done professionally and as fast as possible under the circumstances.  A few times the masons had to postpone a days work because of the sub-freezing temperatures and the freezing of their equipment.   Mr. Shelly was hands on for most of the work, and I saw him personally painting my basement floor on his knees.  It dosen't get any better than a contractor who would do this job himself.  I would hire him again and refer him to anyone who would ask."

"The crew came one day after my call. They removed a small tree from my front lawn, grinded the stump, removed the limbs and debris. You wouldn't know the tree was ever there. Excellent job."

"Bathroom needed updated and Five Star was able to complete the project in a week. They addressed issues that came up unexpectedly, while also keeping to my budget. They were great to work with as they paid attention to the small details to make my bath appear larger than what it was like moving towel bar, using large patterns, added extra lighting, and installed wall mirrors. Work was clean, professional, and reasonable. Would def. hire again!"

"It went great. Brian changed my kitchen sink pipes and replaced kitchen sink faucet. Rate was reasonable."

"He is a terrific site and excavator contractor who removed a large area of overgrown bamboo and brush from our home site and graded the area so that the ground integrated smoothly into our existing lawn. Without hesitation, I highly recommend him. He provided a fair and professional bid in a timely manner, arrived on-time at our home, worked long hours, and completed the project as he specified. He has a positive, customer-centric attitude and clearly enjoys his work. He ensured that his work met our expectations at every step. Hire him!"

"I had a footer dug for a garage. Service was great and owner was very kind. Will definitely be hiring again for any future services."
