"At the start, Desi did a great job with my yard. Subsequently, he has been very non-communicative and somewhat rude. He has not been very responsive when I have texted him questions. There were issues with some of the work he was doing so I wanted him to come when I was home. I also wanted him to come on a monthly timeframe. After that, he didn't come at all. I have tried reaching him only to be told to send me my address and he would get back to me. He never did. I don't recommend using their services."

"This is my second experience with Angi. The first was EXCELLENT. This was the opposite. I hired Romero Landscape to do an initial trim and clean-up of my yard, followed by service every 2-3 weeks. His guys (not the guy I had been corresponding with) finally arrived today (after lots of back and forth and many texts left unanswered) while I was away from home and cut back my jasmine bushes and my raised garden bed (I was clear the raised garden bed was not part of the job). No weed pulling. No tree trimming (I was clear that was the main thing I needed). Clipped two irrigation lines. Made a small effort to clean up. So, I texted saying, "I'm assuming someone is coming back tomorrow to finish the job." I got a bunch of angry aggressive texts and ended up blocking him. Ugh. There's obviously a reason they only have one review. LESSON LEARNED."
