I contacted Ideal Roofing and Mike inspected the roof within 24 hours, taking pictures and explaining the issue to me. He provided several options for shingle choices as well as metal flashing, vent covers etc. Mike and his team replaced the roof within 2 days, and took another 2 days to repair the interior drywall back to its original condition.
