"We hired System Pavers Fremont to remove an old slanted concrete driveway and pathway and design and install a whole new backyard path, and patio. We couldn't be happier. Nick Lehr and Adrian O'Donoghue were awesome in the design phase, and helped us figure out how to plan it and deal with some complicated drainage issues. The crew that did all the work were diligent, clean and most importantly did really good work. Adrian was here every day supervising the crew and was really communicative, responding to texts immediately. Couldn't recommend them more. And the price of the project was more than reasonable!"

"Steve Vaden has been our contractor for several projects. This time he replaced very old siding on a side of our home that faces weather/sun, and repaired some issues underneath. He also replaced and trimmed out all new windows on that side, including paint. He also made repairs to the staircase leading up to the upper level, and painted everything -- trim, siding, etc., beautifully. He is always very professional, timely and courteous. "John said it was a 3 month job and it only ran over by a couple of weeks. In my experience that has never happened before. They were at the house early every morning with a plan for the day that they stuck with. John is an easy going very knowledgeable about the job and how to get it done. He has a good group of guys that showed up everyday and worked very hard. He took care of the permitting and was always available to answer questions and to explain the next phase of the job. Yes, I would hire John for future construction jobs."

"Crew arrived within communicated time range provided by scheduler in advance of the appointment so met expectations for start time. Laid down plastic (as was entering interior of house to access crawl spaces below first floor along with the attic.  Six crew members supported repairs and/or sanitation work spec'd out which included: <br /> *Placing a wood shimmy on front of the main garage door to address potential entry of rodents <br /> * Placing wood shimmy on side garage door to address potential rodent entry <br /> * Thorough cleaning, disposal of undesired items and sanitation within the interior of the exterior wood tool shed <br /> * Placing a wood shimmy to the two front exterior wood tool shed doors to block entrance by rodents <br /> * Replaced wire mesh and repaired fascia just under roof where roof rats had likely entered into the attic <br /> *Cleaning, sanitation of crawl space under home. Removal of chewed installation and replaced with new installation. Set traps to capture any rodents still in the crawl space. <br /> *Repaired/replaced wire mesh at two points of entry on foundation - one of which was likely point of entry for rodents into crawl space below first floor. <br /> * Placed concrete over extrusion in wire mesh made for exterior lighting system to block potential point of entry for rodents. <br /> * Sealed several points in concrete to prevent possible points of entry for rodents (unspec'd but performed). <br /> All crew members were professional and courteous and knowledgeable. Val, the inspector who provided the work estimate, was also part of the crew who performed the work. This was beneficial to ensure that all details of the repairs discussed verbally with him post inspection, were performed as spec'd. <br /> Pros: On time (both inspection and for repair work); professionalism and courteousness of crew; responsiveness of Val the inspector to requests for further detail or questions I had post inspection; Quality of Work; Thoroughness of work against work estimate <br /> Cons: Gave price a "B" - project cost not inexpensive but work performed was of high quality and should ensure exclusion of rodents in the future. <br /> The work estimate used is a template document and offers fairly general descriptions. Highly suggest requesting your inspector followup with a detailed work order, if not provided to you at time of estimate, so that there are no discrepancies on expectations the day the work crew arrives for repairs. I pursued this with Val and he provided at my request via email, along with pre-repair photos he had taken (and shown me) for my files.  I will also be receiving a post repair work detail along with photos taken of the repairs made. <br />"

".John Leblanc made a thorough inspection during which I described in detail the work to be done. The job required the removal of a large mound of poor quality, stony soil as well as the removal of a large quantity of coarse gravel and some modifications to a steel reinforced concrete patio.   He sent me an estimate in a few days.  I agreed to the terms and his crew arrived on time on the appointed day.  John's crew worked steadily for 2 1/2 days removing several tons of dirt and gravel and a few rocks all by pick and shovel.  They had to use a concrete cutter to shape the patio and all of the debris was loaded on a large truck by wheelbarrow and hauled away. On the third day they brought in approximately one ton of topsoil and spread it over the new plantable area.  All debris was swept up and the entire area was left clean and ready to be utilized as a garden/patio.  The workers were very open to my suggestions and were willing to do a few extra s such as cutting bevels at the corners of the concrete and bring in good topsoil at no extra charge.  I got exactly what I wanted and the job was better than I hoped for <br />"
