Once on the schedule it all happened in the time frame that Kevin said it would happen. Drew, who does the work, is really experienced and knows what he is doing. "Noble Home Improvement rescreened our screened in porch and also replaced a number of pieces of wood that had rotted. They replaced the screen with a better, more durable screen then we originally had installed and cut grooves in the boards next to the concrete to promote drainage and help prevent the rotting we experienced previously. The owner, Doug, was great to work with and always willing to answer all the questions we had. The work was done in about a day (broken up between two days) and looks great. I’d definitely hire them again for any other projects around our home."

"We picked Centennial for a number reasons, but the biggest reason was that we needed someone that would help us work with our HOA and the permit office in the city. Someone that was not only competent in the construction process but also could communicate logically to these two entities. After almost 3 months we got the go ahead to start the project. This was a 19 x 12 three-season room on an already existing raised 32 x 12 deck. The finish product was better than we expected. It’s gorgeous and we will be using it for a long time. I got the idea to start this project by seeing a few others going up in the neighborhood. Unlike those projects, which included a dumpster and a porta-potty in the driveway for months, this was not needed with Centennial. Outside of some sub-contractors such as painting, flooring, roofing and electrical, the Centennial team did everything else. Unlike other contractors, they were there every day, the hammering (noise) didn’t start until 9:00 am and they were gone by 5:00 pm, after completely cleaning up the area. Professional is the word I have to use. Brent Ash understands not only the project but also what’s important to his client, and Dave, his site manager is only a phone call or text away. His team members are knowledgeable, hard working and very considerate of the homeowner. The project started the last week of January and had a few interruptions for permit approvals, but was finished by the second week of March. Some of those days were extremely cold, yet except for the permit holds, they were there every day. All the materials used were of high quality. We give Centennial the highest rating for their quality of work and their professionalism."

"It went really well. They were there when they said they were going to be. They left an accurate time line for how long the job is going to take and completed it within that estimated amount of time. They basically listened to everything I said that I wanted and it came out perfectly and as we expected. We're really happy with them taking what we anted and what we said we wanted and actually making it happen. Our Sales person, Ben Brown, did a really good job leasing between the workers. He's very attentive, listened to everything that we wanted and oversaw the job very well."

But, with a lot of hard work and care, everything looks fabulous now. Dale leans toward perfectionism. He and his helper took a lot of time and care to make sure everything was done right and the customer is pleased. He explained to us that the stain penetrates into the wood and hydrates it so it retards cracking. And there is a warranty for both the deck and the fence. I highly recommend Desk Rescue."
