"Bob was so great. He is very detailed oriented, listens to the customer about what they want. Easy to work with and made sure everything was what we expected. If you need a new deck or replacing an old deck, I would highly recommend working with Bob. He tells you every step of the way what to expect. We had several estimates from other companies and none of them would have taken care of our project like Bob did."

"I have been using Them for about three years now. My yard looks great and their prices are very reasonable. I Will continue to use them and would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"Noble did and amazing job on our new composite deck. They were very thorough, making sure the base of the deck was in good shape before rebuilding it. We love the new deck! Definitely recommend them for this work. They also did a good job rescreening our porch. They were polite and communicative throughout the process. They also repainted our porch, and I would not hire them again for exterior painting. They did not scrape or pressure wash peeling paint or dirt before starting. We asked multiple times for them to use a high quality Sherwin Williams paint or similar but they used the same cheap brand that was already on it. It’s only been a few months and the paint is cracked and peeling."

"This project was done very professionally. He listened to what we wanted and came within our budget. He were very professional and completed the project within 3 days. The workmanship was excellent. We were very pleased. I would recommend this Schwartz Solutions to anyone looking someone to build or rebuild a deck."

"I wish I could give 10 stars. Our porch was rotting away and had to be completely torn down and rebuilt. This company has experience with pictures to prove. Finished project exceeded expectations. The project was completed in quoted time. No hidden or surprise costs. Brent will not steer you wrong in creating/fixing a project. He is honest and pays close attention to detail. Its as if he was fixing his own porch. I cant wait to work with him again! So very very pleased!"

"I wish I had found him sooner. We ve lived in our home for 4 years and have had many small projects that never got done. I found Mark and had him over to help with a window that was painted shut. He was prompt when i first spoke to him, came over the next day and my window opened in less than an hour. He s been in the business for over 30 years and taught me some cool tricks to keep my windows feeling new. I m glad to know I have a handyman and won t hesitate again to call if I need him."

"We had such a great experience with Cornerstone Design & Build. They built our deck from scratch and took care of everything, including the entire permit process, which made things so easy for us. We honestly didn’t have to worry about anything. From the first meeting and design presentation all the way through to the finished deck, the whole team was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. They kept everything organized, communicated well, and did an amazing job. We absolutely love how our deck turned out and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Definitely recommend them!"

"Corey Deck is the nicest and most honest person you could choose to do any fence work for your home. His knowledge and professionalism was what I was looking for when I decided on him to do the project. You won t be disappointed in choosing him."

"We initially had the boards on the upper section of our deck replaced, only to realize that several joists needed replacing due to weather rot. The team handled the unexpected additional work seamlessly and was able to complete everything in the same day. They were professional, polite, and efficient throughout the process. The pricing was very reasonable, and we're definitely planning to hire them again for future projects!"

"I added or made changes to the scope of work (siding). Satisfied with work, guys are great. Wish they had more availability for more work."
