This was a complex landscape project as it had a steep uphill slope with a 6 foot retaining wall adjacent to the back of the pool. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."
