The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."

"Arrived on time everyday they were professional and very polite (George's crew) and very hard workers...they did everything that was supposed to be done...and even wiped down my flashing on our home.They worked constantly from the time they came at 7a til 9p. (Its so hard to find hard workers these days.) They replaced rotted wood on roof. Placed new shingles and then the gutter and rainspout crew came (Eds crew) Very prompt and friendly. They did and excellent job they even touch up my flashing by spraying it. It looks so nice. Last but not least Ben Fisher the Rep was very kind to make sure all my needs were met. "Mr. Haas identified problems in our roof installation and issued a report. He suggested re-install and steps that we should take to get it done. It was a long process that involved county and DPOR. Mr. Haas was very helpful every step during the entire process. He is highly experienced and very responsive to our calls, text, and email. We eventually got the roof reinstalled in a very good quality. Mr. Haas was onsite multiple times to ensure the right materials and methods were used. It would not be possible without the help from Mr. Haas."

"Fantastic service. This service is well worth the price. Spraying the cellar kills the termites in the cellar but Terminix goes the extra step by placing bait outside the house. This lures the termites away from the house and they carry poison back to their nest.Terminix also guarantees their work as a protection against future damage to the house.Fantastic and professional service. I definitely recommend Terminix."
