(Busted) -Called customer service to speak with a manager only to be told that this happens where they may have treated the wrong home, offered to send a tech out again. Did not want to see video footages. -Email notifications alerted that tech was on the way twice in two days never showed called; suspended/canceled service and ask for a manager to call nothing happened."
