Surprisingly, (as this is not the norm as it has been my experience); they were on time, prompt to reply on work progress and any concerns I had. Responsible with their scheduling and work ethic. Plus they are efficient, courteous, and clean ( this was impressive too, as they picked up and cleaned after the work was done) .
