His five-man team worked very efficiently and were very experienced with tree positioning and cutting, considering that these trees were located adjacent to electrical lines and other lines running to the house. However, I was very disappointed by the accidental damage of the water pipe that cut off the water supply to the house during stump grinding—damage which was not covered per the terms of the contract."
