"The owner responded to my request for a quote immediately, came out to my house, and by the following week, I had new 5 inch gutters to match my house with larger 3x4 downspouts and Gutter Glove gutter guards at the lowest of the quotes I had been given over the past month. He was responsive to my concerns re my previous gutters (mismatched colors, undersized downspouts, clogging, leaking, and continual upkeep). The owner saw that I needed a solution to an area where there was only one downspout for two levels of my roof, and added another downspout (one for upper; one for lower) and routed one downspout in another direction, per my request not to flood out my lower lying neighbor as previous). He was responsive to helping me attach loose pieces of vinyl on my siding and he had his crew even caulking and painting some trim for no extra charge to make sure my house is waterproof. When they came out to install everything, there were 8 men in the crew and the owner, and they were in and out, in 3 hours, with zero mess left behind. They even took a magnetic roller over my yard to make sure no loose nails were left. His crew made sure everything I wanted had been completed before leaving. They even did extras that I had never seen before like adding aluminium guards in particular areas like around the chimney to make sure the water is directed off the house. All in all, I'm very impressed! They definitely go above and beyond and there was no bill, until every last thing was done, and the owner returned and reinspected the job. When I gave the owner the payment, he went over each part of the gutter system to explain how it works and put in writing a workmanship guarantee of one year, and 20 years for parts. He told me to call if I wanted anything changed, since I had made a change to his original plan in one area. He was very flexible about telling me, if I wanted it to his original specs, just call and they'd change it. I'm excited about how beautiful my new functional gutters look on my home!! I'm continually admiring how pretty my house looks now."

"On August 10, our home incurred major damage from the Derecho, a straight-lined windstorm with over 100 mph winds associated with severe thunderstorms. Afterwards we found ourselves left with two very large trees (the largest of them being the neighbor’s maple tree) on our house and debris scattered throughout the area. We were in a state of shock and disbelief. My first call for help was to John French of Elite Seamsless Gutters because I knew that he had recently expanded his business to include tree trimming services. John had his entire crew arrive the next morning at 8:30 for clean-up that would require them to work two consecutive 14 hours days to deal with all of the debris and damages from the Derecho. Unless you actual saw the size of these trees, you would have a hard time getting a grasp on how much work need to be done. Thankfully, John had all of the necessary equipment and manpower to get the job done and cleaned it up quickly. Three weeks later, our insurance adjuster finally arrived to assess the damages to the house. As you might expect, the estimate was somewhat low, and John worked tirelessly with my adjuster to point out several differences between what needed to be repaired and what was included in his insurance payout. As a homeowner, we would have never known to question what John found, and his efforts resulted in a significant increase in the insurance payout. The amount of repair and worked needed to be done was extensive and included replacing our roof, reattaching our chimney, repairing a section of our drive (damaged from an uprooted tree), replacing our siding and gutters, re-bracing the garage, and repairing a section of our privacy fence. We would need new window trim, soffit and facia. Since so much work needed to be completed, we accepted the reality that we would incur some additional costs to complete the project. I cannot begin to put into words how pleased we are with all of the work completed by Elite Seamless Gutters. Through nobody’s fault, John and his crew dealt with material and supply chain issues and other challenges associated with working during a historic pandemic. While these challenges extended the project, our job required an unbelievable amount of planning, preparation, customization, precision measuring, cutting and they really delivered! John’s entire crew at Elite Seamless Gutters was professional, courteous, and does top-notch work, but a few of them deserve a special shout out from us: Harley (tree removal), Kenny, (foreman) Billy (roof), Viz (siding), and Erick (electrical). You guys are the best! Thank you, Elite Seamless Gutters and John and Sara French, for restoring and significantly improving the appearance of our home. "We choose M&M to replace the roof on our home in September of 2019. We choose M&M based on previous work they had done on our home and the fact the company operates from a brick and mortar shop in Crete, IL. On September 10, 2019 we signed the contract with M&M to replace our roof. Shortly thereafter and once we shared our email address we receive an unsolicited email 17 days later on September 27th 2019 from M&M Home Remodeling with tips on how to prepare for fall remodeling projects also included in the email was a coupon for $500 off roofing purchases in excess of $8,500. Up until this time, we had never received emails of any type from M&M and since the work on the roof had not yet started and with the total cost to replace the roof being $10,160 with a $4,500 down payment made, we thought we would be able to take advantage of the $500 off coupon. We reached out to see if we could take advantage of the coupon. We were informed that the coupon was not good on previous sales and the coupon was not honored. The roof was installed on October 29th 2019 and the remaining $5,600 on the invoice was paid. However in addition not honoring the coupon the workmanship and installation of the roof was unsatisfactory. The shingles to not lie flat on the roof surface that butt up against the siding along the roof line. The silver flashing is exposed and is the trim to cover the flashing was not installed. When we reached out to M&M we were told that it was natural for the shingles not to lie flat and the flashing would weather and change color over time. I’ve attached photos to show the deficiencies."
