When the Virus caused material supply issues, they gave us the choice of waiting for the material we asked for or getting an upgrade to an in stock, higher priced material – for the same price! When the Virus caused one of their work crews to quarantine, they sent a one-man team to build our fence. He single-handedly, over four days, built our fence in 90 degree temps, and did a great job! "I ended up going with a 6ft privacy fence. It looks fantastic. And a 4ft dog run. The customer service is outstanding. They checked in with me regarding the 3 gates that were being installed. We discussed which direction gates should swing (in or out) as well as which side I wanted the handle (left or right side of door). I appreciated that since it truly does make a difference.
