"We had been using Tonya since January of 2014 -- she came to our house every two weeks to clean the main (1st) floor only, which consists of the master bedroom and bath, powder room, the kitchen, living room, and dining room.  Not a huge job, and our house is already pretty clean.  We were very specific about the items important to us.

Initially Tonya was very attentive, but as time went on it became obvious to us she was simply "racing" through the job so that she could get to her next job.  She brought an "assistant" with her but this person did not appear to be of much use.  They would be in our home for an hour at most, and things would still not be in the condition we expected.

The last straw was her most recent cleaning -- we had asked her to pay particular attention to the kitchen countertops because they were consistently streaky after she finished.  When we returned home it looked as if someone had smeared a greasy rag across everything.  I insisted that Tonya come out to re-do the job and while she did come back out, rather than apologizing she protested to me "that's what I thought you wanted."  Just no understanding of customer service.  I informed Tonya we would be discontinuing service with her.

We had also referred my mother to Tonya, and she reports that the assistant broke a piece of pottery at her home.  This week my mother received a curt email from Tonya that she could no longer clean there as it was "just not efficient at the rate I originally gave you."

While Tonya is a nice woman, her business and customer service instincts leave much to be desired.  I believe she is trustworthy -- we never had any security concerns -- but attention to detail and thoroughness are lacking.  It appears she is simply trying to gather as many clients as possible, rather than focusing on doing the best job for each client."
