I was immediately by All Hours' focus on the problem, including things I could do on my own such as trimming the bottom of the bedroom door to provide more airflow. All Hours ended up adding a return air vent and ducting back to the furnace, and they were on time and right on budget. "My grass had a few brown spots so I contracted TruGreen to service the lawn. After 3 months of service, half of my grass is dead. It took several attempls to get the maintaince manger to come out and inspect the yard. Several reasons were given for the dead greass: rabbits, not proper watering, etc.which were checked out and none were valid. The manger offered to reseed the lawn in September.   I would have thought the person servicing the lawn would do something about the grass dying.  I even brought it to his attention and all I got was excuses. TruGreen has been servicing my trees and shrubs for a couple of years and I have no complaints with that service. But I am devasted over my dead lawn."

"Marnie came out in late November and gave us a competitive price on a very complete scope of work including removing all wood and debris. Much of the tree was hanging over our neighbor's house and we were very concerned, as was our neighbor, that limbs would break and fall onto our neighbor's house under a winter snow load or heavy winds . We chose to have the tree completely removed rather than simply pruning it. The first date scheduled for having the tree cut down had to be canceled and rescheduled due to a sudden circumstance leaving the scheduled crew short-handed. Grant DeVore called me to tell me and explain. While disappointed, crew safety is paramount to me and I didn't want anything less than a full crew on our property cutting our tree and was re-assured that American Arborists felt the same way. On the re-scheduled day for cutting the tree down (December 29, 2016) the crew of Rick, Devin and Robert showed up within the ETA time-frame given and went right to work. They were polite, professional, they worked well together, they communicated well, and they worked safely. They took great care to cut the tree down without damage to our property or our neighbor's. They safely applied a commonly available consumer-grade herbicide to the stump and then scheduled the stump grinding for 4 weeks out on the calendar. Brian came out on January 17, as scheduled, to grind our very large stump with a stump grinder. Brian cleaned up all of the excess chips and debris. Brian was polite, professional, thorough and conscientious. I was very happy with the work American Arborists did for us and won't hesitate to call them again."

"I have a contract for lawn care. They tend to upsell their services quite a bit. I have tried to cancel before as well and they give a very hard sell. Another negative thing right now is that they come and do their treatment, and it might not be your watering day. The chemicals have had a negative effect on the lawn because I was not able to water it in. If I had thought about it, I should have called to alter the application date. However, since this is a city wide policy, one would think that they should be sensitive to this and superb customer service would be foreseeing this and altering the schedule for the customer. This is not superb customer service, but it does insure the right stuff gets on at the right time. <br />"
