"My pellet stove kept shutting off. William was able to diagnose the problem and repair it the same day. The exhaust was backed up with soot. He also cleaned the chimney, seems it had alot of creosote buildup I have had other contractors look at it with no diagnosis. One contractor said that it was too old and no parts were available. I would highly recommend KB Tech if you are having problems with your pellet stove. I will call him again if/when there is another problem. He was friendly and left no mess."

He showed me what the problem was, which helped me decide that I will replace them instead of fixing them, especially since the fix would not last since the blinds were too big and heavy for the mechanism that raises and lowers them. He removed the 2 blinds as I asked him to and I'm happy to be rid of them. I found Cesar to be very courteous, professional, prompt and helpful in educating me about the issue the blinds had.
