"I had an issue (yesterday) with a window installed by BHN in 2016. The problem was with the sash caused by owner oops. I spoke with Chad and after texting him a photo of the sash problem he walked me through the fix over the phone. Otherwise he was willing to personally come to my home and fix the problem after hours. Doesn't get much better than that."

He gave me an estimate of about $500 total for all parts and labor. Then he went into detail about what he would be replacing and what he would be repairing.
