"I would recommend Limitless Landscape to anyone in my network, period. As a laymen customer I knew the basics of paver patios and knew what I wanted to do with the space but I was not aware of all the intricacies that go into a project like this. They were patient and incredibly responsive to my questions. On that note most contractors will deliver what a customer wants, but Limitless really went over and above the competition to engage my interest, educate on possibilities to stay within the range of my budget and most importantly, brought my project to LIFE before I signed up with them. Alan is as knowledgeable as anyone I experienced in the bid process, set clear expectations on what was possible and delivered an amazing option for me. What puts Limitless over the top is the combination of he and Liz in how they do business. Liz used a fantastic software tool to sketch out a 3D rendering of my space in exactly what my house looked like and gave me multiple options to choose from. She and Alan presented it to me together and gave me a range of cost on the different options even before signing up with them. It was an easy decision. It could have stopped there, but Alan's leadership of his team was impeccable. The team was on time, worked full days, and was very professional in a fairly complex job including setting my patio up for preparation for a hottub (extra deep excavation and preparation of the pavers). Throughout the process Liz was fast to respond and their logistics are streamlined such that any change I made was quickly reacted to. The final product is one that we know will last for years to come and made what could have been stressful experience one that I thoroughly enjoyed. They truly have a model that allows for lifetime relationships and I wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks Alan and Liz!"

He removed and replaced the damaged mortar and brick, then sealed the brick to prevent any further leaking. Jay was a pleasure to work with. He went way out of his way to make sure we got our issue resolved. And the finished product looks SO good! Would definitely hire again and recommend!"

"Matt created an amazing design for my backyard!! He took the time to listen to my concerns, knew that I wanted something that would be minimal maintenance, sturdy enough for my two big dogs, etc. He actually listened to me and created it! He was very patient with my questions, even came back out again to walk me through what we decided to do (after some more back and forth), was responsive to my calls, etc. <br> <br>Unfortunately the design was a bit over my immediate budget so we decided to split the project in two so the crew did half of the work now (pulling up mulch, black fabric, trimming bushes, cutting back bushes, laying river rock & pavers) and we'll do the planting later this summer. When the crew accidentally split my in-ground sprinkler line Chris (owner) called me quickly and had it fixed next day. They are also replacing some of the grass they had to tear up with more sod once the rains let up. <br> <br>Everyone I've talked to and worked with at the company has been extremely nice and very customer service oriented. "Outstanding experience from the first communication. Logan was our contact. He always did what he said, when he said he would do it. The price was competitive with other bids. The installers were knowledgeable and courteous. Entire staff was easy to work with. We had to adjust schedules to accommodate sprinkler installations on new construction home, and Logan's crew was 100 percent flexible. With these services, unfortunately, I've found that many contractors do things entirely on their schedules, not their customers'. Logan worked everything around my schedule -- exactly as promised. "Needed new landscaping, old bushes were overgrown and out of control, plus there were drainage issues caused by a cement patio that had shifted.  Mike and Cindi came over a couple of times and came up with a great, detailed plan.  Workers were all very responsible. Patio work was beautifully done plus they came up with a creative solution to prevent future problems. There were a some glitches along the way...our internet line was accidentally cut but they covered the repair bill with no hassle. Some of the plantings/bushes did not survive the winter but they are in the process of replacing those as well.  Pricing may be a little higher than some but the quality of service was very much worth it to us. <br />"

"My lawn gets mowed on a day that I am at work. I leave in the morning and when I return in the evening the lawn has been mowed and trimmed and has been looking good. I do not know the cost of this service as my children are paying for this as a Christmas gift to me. <br />"
