"The purchase was made in November 2016 but due to inclement weather and cold temperatures the actual project was postponed until suitable weather. Mr. Wilson monitored weather conditions, kept me informed, and the work was scheduled one of the very first days the temperature and weather permitted. The Apex crew were on-the-dot punctual. The work was done in nearly the exact time duration as estimated and the final bill was comparable with the estimate. Their work was done according to regulation and the work inspected -- something that the previous owners had obviously not done when the project was first completed. It is so nice to know that the roof is solid and up to code. It looks nice to not see the rotted boards, and I really appreciate parking and not getting dripped on!"

"I am totally satisfied with the job that was done by your crew including your carpenter. The crew was great to work with through to whole process. They did everything that you & I had discussed, kept me informed​ on the progress, & answered any questions I had on the job they were doing. They explained to me that none of the shingles that were removed were nailed in the 'nail strips' properly. They were able to basically tear off the roof by hand leaving very few nails to remove from the decking. I watched as they installed the new shingles with 5-6 nails per shingle as is suppose to be done. The roof looks fantastic. The place was cleaned up every evening & was spotless when the job was finished. You will be getting my recommendation to use Knox Services."
