"Jeff and his crew were fantastic!! We couldn't have had a better experience. Jeff worked with us on design and made suggestions that enhanced the project. As we made revisions to the scope of work, Jeff was timely in modifying the quote and was so patient with us while we worked out the details! He quoted a start date and started on that date and worked daily until the project was complete. The crew was respectful of our property and that of our neighbors. The landscaping turned out beautiful! We were working from home during the entire project and didn't once see a corner cut. Additionally, Jeff had creative solutions so some existing drainage problems and offered those along the way. Graceful Gardens was amazing and I am thrilled to recommend them."

"We had large tree fall and a large amount of tree limbs and leaves in our yard.. This needed to be cleaned up and a large tree removed. The tree was taken down quickly and safely. The yard work from this tree and the former tree was done quickly. The clean up was excellent. We were impressed with the equipment used. Also, the company was licensed and insured. We had called several companies for help. No one returned our calls. This company called the day we called and came out the next day and did the work. We got acquainted with the men doing the work. They were kind and helpful. They pointed out several other trees that were leaning close to our house.and gave several options and pricing for these trees. Our job was priced up front. "I had a bad problem with water runoff and erosion due to the slope of the yard. This creating a bigger issue as it had washed away a lot of the dirt in and around my privacy fence making it loose and unstable. Ortiz Landscape did an owtstanding job with following up with calls. Mr. Ortiz himself was very helpful and had great information for me when he came out to the house to look at the job. He and the company did exactly what we discussed doing by putting in a couple of "catch bassings" and piping and rocks around the fence with concrete to help direct the water to the catch basing. He even came out again to check everything to make sure all was done correctly and to our satisfaction."
