He quoted a start date and started on that date and worked daily until the project was complete. The crew was respectful of our property and that of our neighbors. The landscaping turned out beautiful! We were working from home during the entire project and didn't once see a corner cut. Additionally, Jeff had creative solutions so some existing drainage problems and offered those along the way. Graceful Gardens was amazing and I am thrilled to recommend them."

This creating a bigger issue as it had washed away a lot of the dirt in and around my privacy fence making it loose and unstable. Ortiz Landscape did an owtstanding job with following up with calls. Mr. Ortiz himself was very helpful and had great information for me when he came out to the house to look at the job. He and the company did exactly what we discussed doing by putting in a couple of "catch bassings" and piping and rocks around the fence with concrete to help direct the water to the catch basing. He even came out again to check everything to make sure all was done correctly and to our satisfaction."
