"Iâ ve been in my house for almost two years now and have been dreaming on the regular about having a nice quality fence that would complement our backyard oasis and provide a solid sense of privacy. Action Fence Pros delivered this in spades and then some! Every person my wife and I interacted with from their company was extremely kind, professional, and timely regarding communication. The quality of the work they do is also unmatched, which is not only represented by my new fence, but also many other lucky suitors in the neighborhood thatâ s adjacent to me. When I was originally shopping for a contractor to build our fence, I visited homes in my own neighborhood and homes in neighborhoods that were close in proximity to my own. I can say without a doubt, that the quality of fences that Action Fence Pros are building are second-to-none; theyâ re simply top notch and they last a long time (which is not something I can say for many of the fences in my neighborhood that have been contracted using other fence companies). "In October of 2024 Shane came out to give me a quote for yard clean up. After several calls by me, I finally got a start date. Shane called me and said they could start a day early and I was fine with that but they showed up at 5:30pm. I was told they would start at noon. The next day (actual start date) they showed up at 7:30pm and were there for a half hour and left because getting dark. I was told they would be there the next day at 9am. At 10:30am I called Shane asking where the crew was. He actually argued with me telling me they were there. So apparently I was blind. They showed up after 11am and they finished while I was out. Only half the job was done. I emailed all photos of areas not done with pic of contract for those areas quoted. In no way did Shane reach out to see if everything was done. I had to hire another company to finish what they did not do. When I got the bill, I reached out to Shane and said we need to revisit this bill because not everything done. He offered a $150 discount (via Sara's email) which was laughable and said "if ok we will send a new invoice". I sent an email back saying $150 is not acceptable and got no response. No response for 5 months! I got an email 5 months later saying my bill was delinquent but they cut the bill in half. I never received new invoice that showed bill was cut in half till 5 months after my last contact with them. They are not trustworthy and play games. If I could give a zero, I would."

"Season to Season has been frustrating to work with. We hired them because they appeared to be very professional and knowledgeable. However, the crews who came to do the work seemed to have been given very little instruction leaving it on us to manage the project which was difficult to do while working and taking care of our children. We had to have them come back multiple times in order to ensure that the project was done correctly. We went months without hearing anything from them leading us to assume that they were not going to come back at all. Finally, after almost a year, the project is complete. I would not recommend working with this company. "

"We hired Timesavers Landscaping to build a tiered stone edge wall for our front yard flower garden & add sod to the side yard. They finished today & the results are fantastic!! Eric took the time to talk about the design & any potential drainage issues given our sloped grade on one side. With Eric’s input, & a few pictures of what we wanted, we had a clear plan moving forward. The team, Eric, Michael, Tyler & their workers, communicated clearly throughout the process, were professional, easy to work with, and delivered exactly what they promised at a fair price. Their craftsmanship is excellent, and the project went smoothly from start to finish. We did have one issue with the stone. The big box store was selling defective stone so, at the last minute, Eric found different stone. What he found was even better & not that much more expensive. This was all easily resolved within 2 days. I would absolutely hire them again (we have plans for the back yard) and highly recommend their work!"

"Everything went super smoothly with this project. I was able to explain what I needed and have the foreman completely understand what I wanted in terms of design. Work was executed very quickly -- took about a week due to some weather. They worked tirelessly from 8am to 4pm every day of the job. I would absolutely hire them again!"
