"Jason (the owner) appeared as scheduled to provide an estimate for the cost of the project.  A day or two later he returned with the estimate after determining the material costs (oak hardwood, stain, trim molding, etc.).  At that time we agreed on a price and the tentative schedule for the work to be done.  The contract included a tentative completion date for the project to be completed.  All work went well except for a couple of minor distracters such as his subcontractors changing their work schedules without notifying Jason.  When I made Jason aware of this small glitches, he took immediate corrective action and all continued as it should have.  The final completion date was delayed 1 day but was due to Jason's subcontractor.  As an added note I must complement Jason and his subcontractor for the quality of work performed, the "old school" wood working skills of all these people justified the minor 1 day delay for project completion.  Highly recommended...."
