"They were not able to fill our door space, and wanted us to make too many compromises"

"Slider door slider wheel assembly replacement for old glass exterior sliding doors. This required specialized parts that I could not locate. Hired these folks and they custom assembled some parts (and installed) that work fine. Was a bit pricey and had to schedule 1.5 months out, but I had very limited alternative options for this kind of project."

"The project involved replacing wooden r casement windows. They were punctual and efficient as promised. The job was done well and clean up was great. They were checkingup out my other windows and further or at least grease them up, etc. to make them more functional . Honest and efficient and I would hire them again anytime."

"The best roofing product available (GAF). Complete install in one day. Cleanup was excellent. The install was to the best possible standards (ice dam, valleys, ridge vents, etc. Very satisfied, and happy I chose Big Rapids Roofing. I highly recommend them."

"showed up on time and finished job in short time."

"Excellent work. From the beginning of the meeting with the sales rep through the workers that handled the deck replacement, they were all friendly and professional. When the installers arrived on day one, they had the old deck tore off and the new deck done except for the stairs. The next day they completed the deck and cleaned up the work site. Love my new deck and how quickly the job was completed. I will hire them again for other projects I need done."

"The sales rep. was great, he worked with us to get financing. The installers were courteous & cleaned up before they left. I love my windows & I got an awesome deal. I would highly recommend this company."

He is easy to communicate with and I recommend them to anyone I know who has a project they need help with. I highly recommend them"
