Not the most fun of jobs when it's 90 degrees outside and over 100 in the attack which is where most of the work was done. Chris didn't seem to bat an eye with regards to doing the job and dealing with the heat. He gave me a fair quote over the phone and after checking his reviews I hired him for the job.
