"Our 26 year old shingle roofing was past due for replacement. Pacific West Roofing was one of the roofing companies we were considering. I contacted Todd Fischer from Pacific West, and he promptly came out to discuss the project with me. He was very knowledgeable and clearly shared all the latest roofing information with me and told me precisely what the project would entail. The fact that he is very personable, too, helped me to make the decision to go with his company. Because of all the rainy weather we had this spring, they had quite a large backload of projects. They were not able to start for a couple of months, but it turned out to be worth the wait. The crew arrived early in the morning on the starting date. They worked quickly and efficiently even though the temperature was in the triple digits. Because of the extreme heat, they had to quit a little early each day of the project, but they always completely cleaned up around the perimeter of the house before they left. As the project progressed, Todd showed me an area of dry rot and also pointed out some boards that were showing sun damage. He indicated that a couple of boards probably should be replaced now (or very soon) but left it entirely up to me about what to do about that and other areas of possible concern. I, of course, had them repair the area of dry rot and also had them replace the 2 boards that most needed replacing. That added a little to the cost, but it will be worth it in the long run. Roofing replacement is expensive, but because of the extent of the work they did, the quality of their work and the quality of the materials they used, I feel the cost of their service was reasonable and competitive. In addition to the above mentioned services, they also spotlessly cleaned the gutters (which were filled to the brim with decomposed leaves and other 'gunk') and added 3 attic vents to the roof. All in all, we are extremely pleased with Pacific West Roofing and Todd Fischer. The project went very smoothly and exactly as Todd originally presented it to me. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your roofing needs. I am confident that you, too, will find working with Todd Fischer a pleasure."

"We decided on CBX to tear off and replace our roof. Cody, our Project Manager did an excellent job in communicating with us, on time line, what to expect and change orders that had to get approved. We needed some fascia boards and plywood replaced. Bob and Ron were out quickly and did a great job on the wood work. The crew arrived early as scheduled and had the tear off done, the paper laid and roof stacked the first day. The crew had the roof completed on the second day. They cleaned up so well when Cody and his crew were done the only sign they were ever there is a beautiful new roof. Would 100% recommend them to install a new roof on your home."

"Chico Roofing Company completed three important jobs for me. My 20-year roof was at year 22 and needed to be replaced. I had been considering rain gutter covers for some time, and solar panels were part of my plan for the future. Chico Roofing Company was able to do all three of these tasks--new roof, rain gutter covers, and the addition of solar panels. In addition, I had some tubular skylights installed by them since they also offer that service. The delivery and clean-up of materials daily for all jobs was organized, systematic, and efficient. <br /> I could not be more pleased. The roofing crew was professional, friendly, and punctual. They explained what they were doing. In the original bid, they included a section of dry rot repair on the small section of the roof that I had pointed out. They noticed dry rot at the base of my chimney as they were roofing, and for a reasonable additional cost, repaired that. <br /> The solar panel array was designed for my house and thoughtfully addressed the shade trees on the property. The solar panel crew was just as focused and efficient. I am particularly pleased with the fact that if there is an issue with either the roof under the solar panels or the solar panels themselves, the same company covers it--and the company is local. "The crew did an excellent job. Very professional..answered all my questions. They checked for any rotten areas, replaced anything that was needed. did a good clean up. They tightened all the gutters and brought roof up to code. The roofing materials are of good quality and reasonably priced (Malarkey). The crew worked long hours in very hot weather to make sure that the roof was replaced properly and leak-free. The office crew were very polite and answered my questions very professionally. The estimator did an excellent job of noticing what needed to be replaced/repaired and presented that in the proposal. I would use Harbert again."

He advised me the insulation in the attic was inefficient, the old insulation needed to be removed and a radiant barrier installed, the HVAC ducts needed to needed new R8 insulation, and new R38 insulation. He also went under the house where there was no insulation. He advised we install R19 insulation and a radiant barrier which will also hold the insulation from falling down. "I will probably have him do the job, when I'm ready to do the job.  The quote was $10,985 for the house and $3300 for the shop.  It was a very good experience.  He was very professional.  I used another provider but he was not very professional compared to Hinkle.  He came the very same day I called.  His truck has his business license, name and phone number on the side of it.  He was dressed professionally.  He got up on the roof and did the measurements.  He also did some repairs because I had a roof leak into my house.  He found where the problem was on the roof, put some corking down and repaired some corking around a pipe, which had held me through several storms since then.  I got the estimate within another day."
