The price was very competitive, the crew was efficient, the work was completed quickly and there was no mess or clean up for me to do (no roofing nails or pieces of shingle in the driveway or yard). My roofing needs are taken care of for the next 15 to 25 years but I regularly recommend these folks to others. I would use them again in a heartbeat!"

"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"UPMOST INTEGRITY AND HONESTY and they will not scam you with overpricing and/or deceitfulness! How can I say this? Because Dino was the third contractor that came to my house to do a roof repair estimate. The first contractor came by and gave me a price ($900)and then wouldn t honor the $150 discount they had on their website and never called me back AFTER I inquired about their coupon. The second contractor came by and said that part of the wood frame was water damaged and gave me a price above $1500! Then Dino came by and communicated in detail what the issues was and how his team will fix it. When I asked about the wood several times, Dino inquired as to why I was concerned about the wood. When I told him what the prior contractor said, Dino communicated that the wood was absolutely good! And was very disappointment and sympathetic with the experience I had. (Being that it was a roof repair. I could not visually see for myself what needed to be fixed). AND his price was below $400!. His team members Carlos and Eddie came out and did and wonderful job! I am thankful and grateful that I was guided to Intact. I would not have known that I was being taken advantage of by the prior contractors.( and yes I will be writing a review for those two prior contractors) So I encourage you all, before you confirm a job with another contractor, give Intact General Contracting a call.
