"We had to replace our flat roof that was 73 years old. It wasn't leaking but got to the point where insurance would only cover 25% if it had to be replaced so we call three different companies that had experience with flat roofs. BLU had good reviews and did a good job explaining the special needs of replacing a flat roof and why a full replacement was the best way to go. Very pleased with the work and the crew and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"Our experience replacing our homes roof and gutters with Heartland Construction was excellent. The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it. Thank you Heartland team for great service and professionalism."

"I had a roofing problem which possibly would have worsened if it rained. I contacted Chris at 730 Exteriors on a Sunday and explained the urgency of the necessary speedy roof repair. He responded immediately sending one of his staff to evaluate the problem the next day after my call. And the work was completed the following day. Prompt service, great job and problem solved. I highly recommend this roofing pro."

"If you are looking for siding or roof work, these guys are it. We had hail damage and filed a claim via the insurance company. Through Home Advisor, Patrick responded. The insurance company was being pretty difficult with code demands. Patrick and his team stuck through it and finally completed all of the repairs. I'm using these guys from here on out. Don't waste your time shopping around. These guys are pros!"

"Had another exterior painter tell me that it would cost $5000 to repair and paint soffits. Green Slate Roofing and Siding said that a handyman could easily repair the soffits for less than $1000."

"Mike is the best! I was selling my home and was told by the buyer, my 18-year-old roof needed to be replaced. I contacted Mike and he came over the next morning. His non-bias assessment of my roof, skylights and gutters was exceptional. He determined the roof had 5-10 years, skylights and gutters were secure. He is professional, explains everything and does not beat around the bush. His report was timely and thorough."
