"We needed a minor roof repair- flashing needed to be nailed down and I spent all day yesterday calling around and begging handymen and roofing contractors to come over and take a look, no luck at all. Either all were booked out until next Spring or the job was not worth their time and effort to come out. I called Buck with Eagle Siding headquartered in Burnsville and he offered to come out within the hour and take care of the repair. WOW, just wow...he came out, nailed the sucker down and made additional minor repairs as well. His charge was very fair for a simple job, but I would not hesitate to refer them or call them back if we had siding or roofing issues in the future. He was thorough, prompt, professional. pleasant and very responsive. Thanks Buck!!"

Also a second story flat roof over a porch, a detached garage and a screen house. Also had some minor fascia and soffit damage to repair from a prior storm, a chimney demolition and cap off, and 3 new whirlybird vents added to the roof. The amazing team completed about 98% of the project on 1 very hot day. They worked carefully to protect all structures, plants and shrubs on the property and did an excellent job on the clean-up. These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it. I’m exceptionally pleased that they have offered to come back in the spring to make sure that everything is still OK. I only have one roof , but if I had another I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again. They were easy to work with and really know their business."

"Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

"At first I had trouble contacting Pineview Builders due to glitch maybe on their answering machine so I submitted a bad review on them which I am not able to edit or remove today since there is no option to do this. Matt and his crew did a really good job and communication was excellent. We had a minor issue with a shingle coming loose and Matt showed the next day to fix it and made sure there are no other problem. I am very happy with this company and I highly recommend them."

It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work.
