"It went great. My availability was very limited, and they were willing to schedule the work based on my availability (which I really appreciated). Communication before and during the job was excellent. The plumber showed up right when expected (to provide water access to the sprinkler crew and install and wire the controller), did his work without problem, installed and wired the controller as I asked, and cleaned up after. The rest of the crew arrived as he was finishing up. They started work immediately, placing flags to provide locations for the sprinkers, and trenching to gain access to run water under the front walkway. They were careful to neatly lay back the sod they dug up, as well as the flowers that had to be displaced. They placed the two valve boxes where I requested (one for front, one for back). In one part of the yard, they needed to run water under an old walkway. I expressed my concern about the potential for breaking the old thin blocks this was made of. They took heed of my concern, and were able to dig along the side right along the fence such that they only had to dig up one block, which they did carefully. I again appreciated them listening to me and working to accommodate my concerns. Once the system was installed, they were careful to re-lay the sod and flowers back over the trenching, and used their trencher and "tampers" to make the lawn look as if no work had been done. The job couldn't have gone better. They were done in 1.5 days, and you couldn't tell they had been there when they left. I highly recommend these folks. <br />"

"We have been using Spokane Pro Care since 2013 and had been very pleased with their work initially. Their price was very competitive, especially considering the fact we live a bit out of town which involved some extra travel for them. <br /> However, this year their attention to detail has suffered greatly. There was much damage done by whoever used the weed whacker to some of our trees and the pad that holds our heat exchanger. One leg of the heat exchanger has been nearly cut off. <br /> In addition to the weed whacker, some areas of grass along our hills edges have been buzzed and cut too close as well as a buzzed ring around another large tree in the center of our driveway island. <br /> And finally, we have had to replace the same sprinkler head three times, not because it sticks up too high and the mower blades are hitting it, but because they are running over it with the tires of the heavy mower. I had to put a little flag out there to keep them from hitting it.  Simply moving over 2 inches would have avoided this problem. <br /> We had one of their reps stop by so we could show him the damage and he said he'd address the problems with his workers. The following week even more damage was done so we finally had to cancel their services. I emailed and sent photos of the damage to Spokane Pro Care and did not hear back from them with any desire to correct, replace or apologize for anything. It was very disappointing. <br />   <br />"

The friendliness of the workers is what stood out most to me. I like that they use the spray chemicals rather than the fertilizer granules because the spray has better coverage and does not harm the sidewalk or driveway."

"Very impressed with the crew’s professionalism and they’re attention to detail. Removed the existing trees, including roots up to about 3-4 feet from trunks. Planted the new trees, which were of a decent size. Amended the soil, adjusted the trees so that the best side of the trees faced the house, carefully teased out the roots so the trees would grow properly, thoroughly tamped down the soil as it was being replaced, and staked the trees well. One thing that really impressed me that they were removing the trees in decomposed granite. Looking at the work locations, you can not tell that trees were recently planted."
