"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

Jason and his crew ( Mike and Tony ) as well as the tile crew ( Oscar and Enricay ) were courteous and professional. Jason always kept us up to date every day on events coming up. </p> <p>Work took 3 weeks to complete. One week of which was for the measuring, fabricating and installing the above tiled pony wall glass panel.</p> <br />"

I use to bid out work and found that BJ and his team gave me complete bids and explained fully any possible areas of concern that might require additional work and the cost to perform that additional work. When BJ and his Crews come in, they start then they say the will start and finish either a little ahead of right on the pre-established schedule agreed upon. As far as design guidance and assistance, his interior designer Jen is amazing. She listens to what you want, designs what you want and gives you amazing spaces. "Have used this service for many years for various types of repairs, and as usual with Ronnie’s Home Service, today’s visit was no exception. Max was able to come by early and did a great job. He identified the problems quickly and set about correcting them. He resolved main problem quickly, which was that the lower track needed to be re-secured. Getting the doors balanced was not as easy as it sounds, but he was persistent and was able to get both doors functioning again. These are 40+ year old doors which have seen a lot of wear-and-tear, but he was able to get them working properly again. Mac was very professional, personable, and proficient in completing the work at hand. As with all of the employees that I’ve dealt with over the years, he’s definitely an asset to your company. You choose your staff well, which is why I never hesitate to call when I need assistance and have recommended your company to others. Another job well done for Ronnie’s Home Services."
