"Eight days after building my back chain link fence a tree broke in half with the top falling over a section of my new fence. I contacted Tier-1 and they came out within days to assess the damage. Sean walked me through it, what it would take to repair the damage. He even pointed out some things that needed to be fixed under warranty. The day after Tier-1 quoted me a reasonable price for the repair. Soon after, they came out and repaired the section, bringing it back to its original condition. They also fixed some things needing some upgrade. Tier-1 was very responsive, and customer focused. They did what they promised when they promised. I would definitely use them again."

"Juan and his company did an amazing job. He came out the same day that I called and gave me a price which I will say was an amazing price. He even promised to have it done by the weekend. Which he kept his word. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody that needs outdoor work around the house done.
