"I had a problem with the smell coming off a GE combo washer/dryer that I had just bought. I was so worried that "smell" wasn't something you could get help with. I am very sensitive to chemical smells, and this appliance was filling the house with a chemical smell. I went into the shop on Dransville road to get help and after talking with them, they called someone and that person said no problem. The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. I might have looked kind of foolish sniffing machines, but it was actually brillant. They took the smelly machine back and used the credit for the new machine I sniffed out. Everyone was a s nice as they could have been. Thank you so much, Sterling Appliance!"

We were looking for a deal on an air conditioner installment so we figured Mike could do the job and we would buy the unit & save some money. When we asked him, he was up front and said have the company you buy it from to do the install and get the warranty. Honest answer from a good guy. We have used his services for three years as have several of our neighbors. He is timely, responsible, and his work is great. Price for parts and labor were very reasonable and Lucky was very pleasant to deal with. "My furnace is very old and quit working.  I called several HVAC companies and received  quotes to replace ranging from $1,800 to $11,000.  I found Energy Wise on Angies and called Matt.  He returned my call within 30 minutes and was at my house within 24 hours.  After his inspection, he stated that the furnace was still in good shape and could offer me a  number of years service before buying a new unit.  He suggested replacing the motor and fan and cleaning internal parts.  All of this was completed by the end of the next day.
Matt is very professional, punctual, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.  Not only did he save me a great deal of money, I now have a heating/air conditioning system that has never worked better.

"Wade called shortly after my request to Home Advisor. After speaking to him and reading his references he agreed to install my replacement dish washer the next morning. My home is 23 years old and has flexible plastic plumbing which is always problematic when any repairs are necessary. "Danger: We used Apple Appliance Repair (Ashburn) twice in the last year - both for a bad Samsung ice maker. They replaced it with a 'new' one year ago (for $350) and now that one has gone bad. After doing some searching, I determined they installed a replacement brand that can be purchased of about $90 as opposed to a Samsung OEM for about $150. Do not use these guys as they are not honest - you really do not know what they are replacing. [UPDATE 6/29/2020 - Angie's List] - I am currently working with the vendor to correct the issues. [UPDATE 7/8/2020 - Angie's List] - The parts discrepancy has been successfully resolved by Apple Appliance. This appears to be a parts supplier issue."
